At LECOLLET, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
